Job Summary
To enhance customer experiences through EMR integrations, the full-time Lead Product Manager - EMR Integrations will define and drive the enterprise strategy, focusing on embedding genetic testing into clinical workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year product strategy for EMR integrations, primarily focusing on Epic
- Champion the customer experience across clinical workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability
- Lead product strategy for EMR integration capabilities, ensuring alignment with interoperability standards and technical feasibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, informatics, engineering, or a related field
- 8-12+ years of experience in product management or healthcare technology, with a focus on interoperability
- 5+ years of experience with Epic EMR workflows in health systems or related environments
- Demonstrated success in leading complex product strategies with enterprise-wide impact
- Significant experience with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
