Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in fintech or financial systems
• Experience with funds flow, ledgering, and reconciliation in high-volume platforms
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with transaction-level data
• Experience building internal platforms or infrastructure products is a plus
