Driving player engagement and retention, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager, Game Economy will architect and evolve the economic framework for Monopoly GO!, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance player interactions and optimize monetization strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and evolve the game's economy to ensure balance and longevity
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and marketing to align economic strategies with product goals
• Design economic models to predict player behavior and inform strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager for free-to-play game economies with knowledge of player motivations
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, data visualization, and creating presentations
• Background in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong skills in SQL, R, Python, or similar analytics platforms
