Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Identity and Access.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term identity and access strategy across all lines of business
• Lead the development of a unified identity platform enabling single sign-on and a single customer profile
• Drive enterprise-wide identity initiatives and ensure successful migration and adoption of identity solutions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in product management and/or engineering
• Deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM/CIAM)
• Experience with identity platforms such as Okta
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and authentication methods
