Lead Product Manager, Insights

Job Summary

Leading the roadmap and reporting strategy for Analyze within Ignite, the full-time remote Lead Product Manager, Insights will manage domain ownership for reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful reports and dashboards, and translate stakeholder requests into actionable requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap and reporting strategy for Ignite, ensuring consistent delivery of customer-facing and internal business process reporting
• Partner with Billing, Membership, and Operations to design and ship reports that meet operational needs
• Align with other Insights Product Managers to share best practices and drive the future direction of Insights

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with reporting, analytics, or BI products
• Strong technical fluency with data, including SQL, data models, and ETL/BI workflows
• Experience owning a product domain within a larger platform
• Ability to work with ambiguous requests and convert them into clear requirements
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with various teams including engineering and customer success
