Lead Product Manager, Lending

Job Summary

Driving the vision and execution of consumer lending products, the full-time Lead Product Manager, Lending will own the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and champion the strategy and roadmap for key consumer lending products, aligning with company goals
• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from requirements gathering to launch and optimization
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and inform product improvements

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in consumer lending or FinTech
• Proven success in launching and growing digital lending products
• Deep understanding of the consumer lending lifecycle and credit risk principles
• Experience working with engineering and data teams in an agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
