Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager in Payment Management

Key Responsibilities:

Own the roadmap for collaboration between Contractors and Subcontractors, as well as Contractors and Real Estate Developers
Drive customer and product discovery to identify new opportunities for payments and financial services in the construction industry
Create and manage roadmaps, provide PRDs, and ensure quality in product delivery

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in product management in growth stage companies
Proven expertise in zero-to-one product building in fintech/payments, with a preference for launched products
Experience in B2B SaaS product development and sales cycles
Background in real estate finance, construction, or a similar domain
Experienced in running strong PDLC practices
