Lead Product Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Owning the money movement and settlements product area end-to-end, the remote Lead Product Manager, Payments will manage the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics while executing across multiple initiatives in parallel, partnering with various teams to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for money-movement and settlements, including various funding rails and ancillary products
• Execute across multiple in-flight lanes, shipping work on strategically important initiatives while rationalizing API exposure and internal systems
• Partner with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to prioritize initiatives that balance regulatory risk, operational load, and revenue impact

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, or startups with senior IC ownership in regulated payments or settlement infrastructure
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of money-movement or settlement surfaces at production scale, including ACH, wire, or instant funding
• Direct experience navigating US payments and clearing regulatory frameworks, including NACHA and SEC rules
• Proven ability to operate as a senior product owner, mentoring peers and representing the area in cross-functional discussions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
