Lead Product Manager - Risk

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and innovation, the full-time Lead Product Manager - Risk will shape risk management solutions for credit, fraud, and compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for risk decisioning and policy engine, enabling automated evaluations across various use cases
• Define the technical architecture for APIs and data pipelines that support scalable risk evaluation
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch features that address emerging risks and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product management focused on fraud, credit, and compliance in financial services
• Proven track record of launching risk controls across the lifecycle, including onboarding and monitoring
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans in a fast-paced environment
