Lead Product Manager, Tax Agents

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Lead Product Manager for Tax Agents, the successful candidate will build enterprise-grade AI agents to enhance efficiency and quality in the tax lifecycle while collaborating with engineers and strategic customers to define and ship impactful features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI agents that improve efficiency and practitioner experience across the tax lifecycle
• Define and ship zero-to-one features based on customer needs while enhancing existing features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate product strategy and drive feature adoption

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI and agents
• 3+ years of experience in tax as a practitioner or in building tax products for CPA or corporate tax markets
• Degree in a technical, accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to navigate ambiguity associated with launching new products
