Lead Product Owner, Real World Data

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of Real World Data products, the full-time remote Lead Product Owner will manage product roadmaps, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams while focusing on delivering value to customers in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to refine and execute the product roadmap, translating strategy into actionable plans
• Lead product development activities, managing the product backlog and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee the development of product documentation and support the adoption of Agile methodologies for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 9+ years, or an Associate degree with 7+ years, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in product development or management
• 2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies and tools for requirements management and backlog prioritization
• 2+ years of experience in building products using Real World Data within the life sciences or healthcare industry
• 2+ years of experience with project lifecycle management tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to Real World Data and Real World Evidence
