• Lead product function for Front-End Innovation programs in Personal Care, focusing on new product innovation and renovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product activities, including ideation and project management
• Identify and analyze competitive technologies and innovations to align product development with consumer and business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline
• 2+ years of relevant product and/or engineering experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or lead small teams
• Desire to seek and understand competitive technologies and innovations
