Lead Production Manager

Job Summary

As the strategic lead for production services, the full-time Lead Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events while managing onsite production teams and collaborating with clients and sales teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination and execution of all client events, ensuring high-quality production standards
• Develop production solutions and manage the production management team to enhance event experiences
• Collaborate on technical designs and manage production schedules, resources, and budgets for events

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams in onsite, virtual, and hybrid events
• Strong technical knowledge of event production and audio/visual equipment
• Proven ability to manage logistics and coordinate with multiple vendors
• Excellent collaboration and customer relationship skills, emphasizing high-quality service
