Lead Program Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Providing program finance support for multiple projects, the full-time salaried Lead Program Finance Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating closely with project managers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of contract costs and financial data
• Manage the monthly closing process, including validating awards/bookings and revenue analysis
• Create and present financial reports and forecasts, ensuring accurate program billing and cash collection

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in program financial control
• Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and contract cost analysis
• Knowledge of various contract types in the defense contracting industry
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to support Pacific Standard Time business hours
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance as needed
