Lead Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee program execution and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Acts as the primary customer contact for program activities and leads program review sessions
• Coordinates with DoD customers and federal agencies to ensure alignment with strategic cloud acquisition goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of experience managing large scale DOD IT projects
• Experience with Enterprise Software Licensing and Cloud SaaS contracts
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations and contract execution lifecycle
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
