Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee and guide the execution of multiple software development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Acts as primary customer contact, leading program review sessions and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Champions continuous improvement in program management practices and oversees stakeholder engagement and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
• Secret clearance required
• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale DOD IT projects
• Understanding of software development processes and DoD acquisition regulations
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
