Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Program Manager for Global SMB Vendor Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain global performance scorecards to monitor vendor performance, quality, and timeliness
• Serve as the global escalation point for vendor performance issues, managing resolution and consolidating insights for executive teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 8+ years of professional experience, including 5-8 years in operations, vendor management, or program management
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflow efficiency
• Proven track record of building and scaling vendor networks
• Leadership experience in managing large-scale, complex operations
• Expert-level analytical skills to use data for decision-making in a fast-paced environment
