Lead Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Lead Program Manager will manage timelines and deliverables for autonomous vehicle development programs while coordinating cross-departmental collaboration among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Independently set timelines and goals for large-scale Autonomous Vehicle development programs
• Manage program timelines and track status of deliverables from Product Definition through Launch phases
• Own the financial health of assigned platforms, including budget establishment and cost monitoring

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Product Development discipline
• 7-10 years of experience in program management with complex products
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for process and people-oriented solutions
