Job Summary
Leading the Community Wishlist program portfolio, the full-time remote Lead Program Manager will manage strategic alignment, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement while overseeing cross-functional initiatives to fulfill community requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of request intake programs across teams and departments
- Track and support teams in delivering meaningful impact, establishing metrics to measure success

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in community management and community service ownership
