Job Summary
To drive complex, cross-functional technology programs that enhance business growth and customer experience, the full-time Lead Program Manager will manage end-to-end program outcomes across software delivery and network technologies in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and oversee a major program comprising multiple initiatives and technical delivery teams
- Lead the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring alignment and delivery quality across multiple Agile teams
- Manage program-level financials, including budget and investment decisions, while tracking delivery performance and ROI
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years in technology delivery, engineering, or program management
- 3+ years leading large, complex programs or value streams
- Experience in telecommunications, broadband, cable, or mobile technologies
- Strong understanding of software delivery and network technologies (e.g., DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 5G)
