Job Summary
Leading the operational strategy for Airbnb's organic social initiatives, the full-time Lead Program Manager, Organic Social will manage always-on content series, ensuring alignment with brand goals and overseeing production workflows in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and decision-making for always-on content series
- Define and refine operational processes, including content calendars and production workflows
- Oversee timelines and publishing deadlines, identifying and escalating blockers to maintain content schedules
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Program Management, Content Operations, or Project Management
- Proven track record in building and operationalizing recurring content programs at a large digital brand
- Strong understanding of organic social content production across various platforms
- Experience managing high-volume content workflows with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and balance creative quality with operational needs
