Lead Program Manager, TRT/HRT

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for the TRT/HRT program, the full-time Lead Program Manager, TRT/HRT will manage cross-functional alignment, ensure program delivery against goals, and drive commercial outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and defend the multi-quarter roadmap for the TRT/HRT program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Continuously verify deliverables against goals, escalating issues and adjusting plans as necessary
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve clinical quality, patient outcomes, and growth targets while guiding Program Managers supporting the program

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or health tech, with at least 3 years in strategy ownership
• Direct experience in hormone optimization or related longitudinal care models
• Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and strategy execution
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards
• Experience building structure in fast-paced, hypergrowth environments
