Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing organization, the full-time Lead Program Performance Management Analyst will manage complex schedules, perform program performance analysis, and mentor program teams, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of program cost and schedule baselines, analyze performance, and present findings to senior leadership
- Mentor program teams and staff in program management tools and processes, while integrating subcontractor and material cost data
- Drive process improvements and automation efforts to enhance program performance management efficiency
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. Government Contractor environment
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite, and Deltek Cobra
- Experience with IMP/IMS development and maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements
- Strong understanding of EVMS concepts, including analysis and corrective actions
