Lead Program Performance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a rapidly growing organization, the full-time Lead Program Performance Management Analyst will manage program planning and performance analysis, ensuring effective execution of complex schedules while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development of program cost and schedule baselines, analyzing performance and making recommendations to program teams
• Mentor program teams in program management tools and processes, integrating subcontractor and material cost data into program data
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with EVMS and driving proactive decisions

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. Government Contractor environment
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite, Deltek Cobra, and EVMS concepts
• Experience with IMP/IMS development and maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements
• Ability to function effectively in a team environment
