Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Project Coordinators, providing guidance and coaching
• Support Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads in project delivery coordination
• Oversee special projects, ensuring effective execution and data analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an IT environment, with 1-2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence
• In-depth understanding of project management concepts
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
