Lead Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Overseeing retail fixture installation projects in a hybrid contract role, the Lead Project Coordinator will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and effective coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple retail store fixture installations concurrently, ensuring project objectives are met
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of installation projects, monitoring progress and escalating issues as needed
• Prepare and deliver weekly project status updates, reporting on milestones and overall project health

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience coordinating and executing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leveraging video conferencing platforms for remote project oversight and site validations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet at a basic to intermediate level
• Self-directed with the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining accountability for project outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
