Lead Project Cost Control

Job Summary

Leading project controls processes, the full-time remote Lead Project Cost Control will manage project deliverables within budget and schedule, ensuring effective scheduling and cost reporting for multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project set-up in the Enterprise Project Management software and create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Develop, implement, and maintain scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts while interfacing with project management and accounting teams
• Analyze data and perform quality checks on project controls deliverables, including developing and maintaining an earned value management system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• 6+ years of direct project controls experience
• Proficiency in Enterprise Planning & Controls software and Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with critical path method of scheduling techniques and project cost management
• Ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
