Lead Project Engineer

Job Summary

To support major EPC project orders, the full-time Lead Project Engineer will serve as the technical liaison between product lines, field sales, and EPC customers, managing documentation and issue resolution while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison and point of contact for customers, sales, and factories to manage order configuration and warranty resolutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with external EPC customers and internal teams, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Lead project-focused meetings and coordinate technical changes, documentation management, and customer support throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or project management/project engineering
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
• Proficiency in Eaton proprietary tools and applications, and strong knowledge of electrical power engineered products
