Lead Project Engineer

Job Summary

To support major EPC project orders, the remote Lead Project Engineer will serve as the technical liaison between product lines, field sales, and EPC customers, managing documentation and ensuring a positive customer experience through proactive project support and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison and point of contact for customers, sales, and factories to ensure efficient technical order configuration and issue resolution
• Review project-specific contract drawings and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
• Manage technical changes to the bill of material and coordinate with plant engineering teams to build customer documentation packages

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or project management/project engineering
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Strong application knowledge of electrical power engineered products and proficiency in relevant tools and applications
