Lead Project Engineer

Job Summary

To support major EPC project orders, the remote full-time Lead Project Engineer will serve as the technical liaison among product lines, field sales, and EPC customers, ensuring effective project execution and customer satisfaction through proactive support and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for customers, sales, and factories, managing order configuration and warranty resolutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with external EPC customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
• Review project-specific contract drawings and specifications for technical accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and/or project management/project engineering
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in engineering
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Prior Project Engineering experience with strong knowledge of electrical power engineered products
