Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program-level staffing and resource allocation, collaborating with internal and external staffing functions
• Monitor and report on all program financials, ensuring accurate forecasting and reforecasts
• Develop and maintain effective communication infrastructure for timely updates across the program

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading or facilitating projects in application development, infrastructure, or related areas
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Technology, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years of relevant leadership experience
• Experience with Portfolio and Financial Management tools, especially Microsoft Suite of Tools
• Knowledge of Organizational Change Management processes, particularly ADKAR
• Experience managing staffing at a program level
