Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end presales program execution remotely, the contract Lead Project Manager will manage structured multi-workstream engagement, drive governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment across Sales, Operations, and Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the presales program lifecycle for assigned opportunities, leading deal reviews and aligning resources and delivery approaches
• Drive governance standards, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment between customer commitments and operational capacity
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring transparency in program status and risks

Required qualifications

• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in operational or presales environments
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives with high stakeholder visibility
• Background working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams
• Strong program and project management discipline with a proactive approach to risk management
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, executive-ready insights
