Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for project delivery and customer satisfaction, the full-time Lead Project Manager will manage project-related activities and resources remotely, ensuring accurate project planning, monitoring progress, and overseeing departmental operations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate integration of project implementation, monitoring progress, and providing relevant reports to customers
• Manage staffing and performance development while utilizing technical knowledge to execute policies and strategies
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of project management experience
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable
• In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline relevant to project management
• Experience in managing project-related activities and resources effectively
• Familiarity with best practices in project management and competitive market factors
