Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive product launch strategy and execution, the full-time remote Lead Project Manager will own the go-to-market vision, mentor team members, and lead cross-functional initiatives across product, development, testing, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching go-to-market strategy across the product/project portfolio
• Oversee end-to-end launch plans, timelines, and complex cross-functional projects/launches
• Align and influence senior stakeholders across departments on strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Demonstrated leadership of major product launches end-to-end
• Experience leading or mentoring teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of SaaS/software business models
• 7+ years in go-to-market, product marketing, or product management roles
