Job Summary

Leading integration projects within the Mergers and Acquisition Integration Planning and Management office, the full-time remote Lead Associate Project Manager will drive alignment and execution of acquisition integrations, develop dashboards for leadership visibility, and deliver actionable insights for future projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and lead projects to ensure successful acquisition integrations over an 18-24 month timeline
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align integration activities with strategic business objectives
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide visibility into project progress and key milestones
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of nine years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with at least six years of relevant project management experience
  • Experience in project management within an expansive organization, particularly in acquisitions
  • Demonstrated ability to support enterprise-scale transformation initiatives
  • Change Management certification is preferred
