Job Summary
Leading complex federal construction and facilities programs, the full-time Lead Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the contractor team and GSA, overseeing multiple project managers while ensuring project objectives and quality standards are met in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison to COR, CO, and the contractor team, coordinating with client program and technical managers
- Lead, mentor, and oversee contracted Project Managers across multiple sites to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor performance, track budgets, and evaluate program effectiveness to align with client mission requirements
Required qualifications
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities management
- Proven experience leading complex construction or facilities programs
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with project management and estimating software
