Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful planning and execution of complex fiber network expansion projects, the full-time Lead Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale initiatives remotely while ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple fiber deployment projects from initiation through completion, establishing governance and success criteria
• Oversee fiber expansion efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards and maximizing deployment velocity
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, presenting project updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fiber or Telecommunications industry
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with direct supervision of team members
• Proven experience in Project or Program Management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong experience managing large-scale fiber deployment or telecommunications infrastructure projects
