Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

To drive the successful planning and execution of complex fiber network expansion programs, the full-time Lead Project Manager will oversee multiple large-scale projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fiber deployment and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion, establishing governance and accountability
• Oversee fiber expansion efforts, ensuring build readiness and compliance with company standards while optimizing deployment velocity
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and present project updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fiber or Telecommunications industry
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including direct supervision and development of team members
• Proven experience in Project or Program Management, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to present project updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams
