Lead Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful planning and execution of complex fiber network expansion projects, the full-time remote Lead Project Manager will oversee multiple initiatives from market identification to construction execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale fiber deployment and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Oversee fiber expansion efforts, including feasibility reviews, engineering coordination, and construction planning
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and present project updates to executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Fiber or Telecommunications industry
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with direct supervision of team members
• Proven experience in Project or Program Management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong experience in managing large-scale fiber deployment or telecommunications infrastructure projects
