Lead Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing complex international projects, the full-time Lead Project Manager will oversee project deliverables, train and mentor team members, and assist in business development tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Train, mentor, and coach study team members to enhance project performance
- Participate in feasibility research and assist in developing proposals and client presentations
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of industry experience in clinical research
- Minimum of 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience
- Experience in Oncology preferred; knowledge of Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is a plus
