Lead Project Manager
Job Summary
To manage large-scale deployments with significant complexity, the full-time remote Lead Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing customer implementations to meet scope, timing, and budget expectations while ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and manage implementation activities for complex projects throughout their lifecycle
- Accountable for timely project completion, resource allocation, and risk management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring adherence to project policies and facilitating communication among stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of related experience
- Implementation experience with technologies such as DWDM, MPLS, and Managed Services
- Demonstrated customer service experience with strong relationship-building skills
- Experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry
- Project Management Professional or PRINCE2 Certification preferred
