Job Summary
To support complex and high-risk material handling projects, the full-time Lead Project Planner will manage the development of integrated Microsoft Project schedules, drive schedule alignment across teams, and provide advanced analysis and risk management, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated master schedules in Microsoft Project from project handoff through final commissioning and closeout
- Facilitate schedule development workshops with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project execution strategy and resource assumptions
- Perform advanced schedule analysis and support Project Managers in identifying execution risks and recommending corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Typically 8-12 years of planning/scheduling experience on large, complex, engineered-to-order or high-risk projects
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of integrated project delivery across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning
- Demonstrated ability to lead schedule strategy in high-pressure execution environments
