Job Summary
Acting as a strategic partner to project leadership, the full-time remote Lead Project Planner (Hydropower) will define planning approaches and schedule strategies for complex projects, ensuring robust progress tracking and proactive risk mitigation to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of project schedules and baselines for complex projects
- Drive advanced schedule analysis and identify schedule risks and opportunities for mitigation
- Facilitate planning reviews with project leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience in EPC or complex project environments
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and knowledge of planning methodologies
- Strong experience in hydropower, energy, or industrial project execution
- Experience in schedule recovery, change management, and delay analysis
