Lead Project Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Project Scheduler to support major capital projects in the electric sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for transmission and substation projects, ensuring alignment with scope and regulatory constraints
• Perform routine project updates, run CPM calculations, and produce reports on schedule performance and risks
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify schedule risks and support change management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Project Controls, Project Management, or Scheduling
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and schedule risk analysis
• Experience with large-scale capital projects in utility, construction, or infrastructure is highly valued
