Lead Project/System Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced administration and technical leadership, the full-time Lead Project/System Analyst will manage Atlassian Data Center applications and CollabNet Subversion repositories, ensuring optimal performance and security in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Atlassian Data Center applications and CollabNet Subversion repositories, including configuration and lifecycle management
• Implement security controls and manage compliance with organizational requirements while providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 user support
• Develop integrations and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience across platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience administering enterprise applications or collaboration platforms, with 5+ years specifically in Atlassian Data Center environments
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd
• Experience administering CollabNet Subversion (SVN) repositories and managing access controls
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments and enterprise application lifecycle management
