Job Summary
Owning the project control activity globally, the full-time Lead Proposal Engineer will provide technical expertise and develop solutions during the pre-ITO process while working remotely and interfacing with the commercial team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and develop solutions for proposal preparation, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal policies
- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to execute policy and strategy, while analyzing market competition and differentiating factors
- Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects, fostering team consensus on technical topics
Required qualifications
- Experience in proposal preparation for both public and private requests in the Brazilian market
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English
