Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Psychometrician to support the design and execution of operational psychometric procedures research for assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design standard operational procedures to support assessments
  • Conduct advanced statistical and psychometric analyses
  • Engage in service to the organization through a leadership role
Required Qualifications:
  • PhD in psychometrics, education research, quantitative psychology, statistics, or related field
  • 5 years of work experience as a psychometrician
  • Expertise in an area of focus such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc
  • Skilled at using psychometric software such as WINSTEPS and flexMIRT
  • Skilled at statistical analysis using Python (preferred), R, or SAS
