Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of educational assessment and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical operational and research projects
Plan, coordinate, and perform statistical analysis for complex projects
Provide guidance and oversight on technical aspects to project staff

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field
Advanced training in psychometric research and statistics
At least 8 years of professional experience in assessment systems
Experience with sampling theory and item response theory
