Lead QA Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the QA lifecycle, the full-time salaried Lead IT QA Analyst will develop functional requirements, create test plans, and evaluate test results while leveraging AI-assisted tools in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test strategies and execute test cases across integrated systems
• Lead adoption of AI-driven QA practices and mentor QA engineers on effective use of AI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science is desired
• 8+ years of experience in application quality assurance testing
• 3+ years of experience in leading QA teams
• 4+ years of automation testing experience using tools like Selenium and JMeter
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using monitoring tools
