Lead QA Analyst - Facets

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facets Quality Analyst - Lead to oversee testing efforts for Facets UI and Batch applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, design, and execute test strategies for Facets UI and Batch applications
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to testing best practices
• Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in testing Facets UI and Facets Batch applications
• Strong understanding of the Facets data model and healthcare claims processing
• Proven experience in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and test scripts
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools such as ALM, Rally, and Jira
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
